Return Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Dressilla website, operated by Harco Brands LLC.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • The product must show no visible signs of wear, stains, or alterations

  • Original packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed, return authorization instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped within the specified timeframe after authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product received
