Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


Return Conditions

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • No visible signs of wear, stains, or alterations

  • Original packaging included

Items failing inspection may not qualify for refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items returned in damaged condition


Return Procedure

  1. Contact service@dressilla.com with your order number.

  2. Await return authorization instructions.

  3. Ship the item within the provided timeframe.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Dressilla reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet stated conditions.
