Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 8–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier logistics

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal volume

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Dressilla is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided:

  • Dressilla is not liable for misdelivered packages

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Returned packages due to incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before re-dispatch

Address modifications are only possible within 12 hours of order placement.


Customs & Duties

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs authorities.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is refused or unclaimed:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from eligible refunds

  • If the package is destroyed due to failure to complete customs clearance, refunds may not be available
